Daniel Heath Studio is proud to present three new interior surface design and real home projects freshly completed this year. The studio applies Daniel’s craft ideologies through the use of contemporary processes in combination with heritage materials to create bespoke interior surfaces. The studio has built up a reputation for beautifying salvaged materials such as Welsh Roof Slate, Victorian Oak, and Iroko Hardwood to create uniquely tailor-made architectural surfaces, which are applied to interior wall panels and furniture for high-end residential and contract applications.
Our full bespoke surface collection will be on display at Decorex International 18-21st September 2016.
Project 1: BESPOKE BATHROOM, HAMPSTEAD HEATH, LONDON 2016
A large family home in West Hampstead was in need of a new occasional use bathroom. Working with the client, Daniel selected a white washed wooden Ash Panel and his complementary Etched Mirror Surface to create a soft and elegant interior scheme. Further in-depth info can be found here.
Project 2: DINING ROOM, ELEPHANT & CASTLE, LONDON 2016
A small flat in Elephant & Castle, London used a feature wall to create a dramatic statement in a key entertaining space. Working with the client, Daniel hand screen printed his signature new Onyx Skyline Wallpaper in Black and Gold to create a modern yet classic statement. Further in-depth info can be found here.
Project 3: FAMILY KITCHEN, KENSAL RISE, LONDON 2016
Daniel’s Espalier Etched Slate Tiles make the perfect backdrop to this eclectic kitchen for a high-end family home in Kensal Rise, London. Grouted in and around details such as sockets and shelves, this natural surface comes with its own time-worn patina and is available per square meter. Further in-depth info can be found here.
