Can I order a custom designed table?

Yes. We work on a bespoke basis. Once an order is in place the process of making begins. As part of ordering any custom made furniture items, such as one of our Antique Mirror Tables or specially printed Astoria Coffee Table, we offer the option of having a unique message inscribed to the design, ideal for marking an anniversary or a special occasion. Bespoke sizes can be created as well as limited batch runs.

Can I ship Daniel Heath products internationally?

Yes, we work with stockists in Japan, Europe, and the US that not only showcase our work but also assist with shipping. Alternatively, we are happy to ship our products, including furniture to anywhere in the world. If you interested please provide full shipping details on order and we will quote with our trusted international couriers.

How can I order Slate Tiles to fit my project?

Everything we make is unique and we pride ourselves in making surfaces that have a bespoke feel. We working with international architects and interior designers to realise special projects on a domestic and commercial scale, as well as one-on-one with customers who have a space they want us to work with. For example, we design and engineer our Slate Tiles for interior wall, splash back or fireplace surround. For more information and a quote, contact us with dimensions and images of your space.

Can I visit Daniel's studio?

Yes. We work in an unusual space based near Blackhorse Road in Walthamstow. It's an open access community designer maker space called Blackhorse Workshop. Drop us a bell or send us an email if you want to drop by and see our silk screen-printing workshop. We are an appointment only studio.

Can I get samples of Wallpaper?

If you require wallpaper samples, we offer an A4 sheet of our standard colours. This is priced at £5 + p&p with a 1-week turnaround. We also print bespoke colourways. Please feel free to provide us with a colour reference and we will do our best to match it.

What are the care instructions for Wallpaper?

Please read the following care instructions prior to installation so that you may enjoy the beauty of this product for many years to come. All screen-printed wallpapers by Daniel Heath are printed using pigment binders that provide a durable finish. However, it is advised that special care is taken during its application. If in doubt, employ a professional. It is recommended that wallpaper paste is applied to the wall firstly, with a small amount applied to the BACK of the paper. Use a CLEAN, DRY cloth to smooth the wallpaper into position. DO NOT wet or dampen the front of the wallpaper where possible.

How do I pay for delivery?

Delivery charges will be added to the customer’s order total. Delivery will normally be within 3 weeks from order and will normally be by post or courier. The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer and the customer must ensure that address details that they provide are accurate. Daniel Heath cannot be held responsible for lost working time or any associated costs in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, incorrect, damaged or faulty. Please note if there is any shortage in delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Daniel Heath within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

No goods can be returned without prior arrangement. Refunds are strictly limited to the replacement of faulty wallpaper and surfaces. Please note the customer should check all wallpaper and interior surface products for faults before and during hanging.
